Position in the INVASIVESNET Associate Member
Associate Editor of Management of Biological Invasions
Expertise My expertise is in regional to continental scale analyses of biological invasions. I apply a variety of methods including machine learning, geospatial techniques and other quantitative methods to predict the risk of invasive species spread within the context of climate- and land-use change. I am currently a researcher at Ghent University and a part of the Tracking Invasive Alien Species project (TrIAS: https://osf.io/7dpgr/). Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and have extensive experience conducting terrestrial conservation assessments.
