Expertise I am interested in general patterns of biological, and especially freshwater, invasions. Recently, I am focusing on problematics of invaders' impact evaluation and problems connected with impact case-specificity and connected unpredictability. My work also encompasses studying the patterns in invaders' spread, role of their life-history traits plasticity and alterations in host-parasite interactions following the invasion.
